It's been a while since I worked on this one, but if I remember correctly the background image size can't be adjusted - instead, the size of the table needs to match the background image. So, what you'd need to do is find this line:

<td><table width="800px" height="560px" bgcolor="#fff" background="http://i814.photobucket.com/albums/zz64/cindergraphics/Profiles/Profile%204/kittylook.jpg">

and adjust the table width and height to match whatever image you're using.
